Chapter Philanthropy and Service

Philanthropic events and volunteering are some of the most rewarding experiences for the sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha. Delta Omicron realizes the impact service has on the community and our sisters are dedicated to making a difference any way they can. As a result, Delta Omicron participates and coordinates numerous service events throughout the year.

Each fall, we hold Think Pink Week on campus. Last year, the sisters of ZTA promoted breast cancer education and awareness by handing out pink ribbons on campus, holding a breast cancer awareness campaign, and hosting a percentage night at a local restaurant.

Along with our philanthropic events, Delta Omicron also holds many service events throughout the school year. Some of the activities include reading at a local elementary school, writing letters to residents and staff at a local nursing home, and collecting canned good for the local soup kitchen.
