Leadership

Zeta Tau Alpha offers a variety of opportunities for leadership to our members!

Our Executive Committee, headed by our chapter president, oversees all chapter activities. The responsibilities of different executive officers including oversight of recruitment, rituals, new member education, risk reduction, and academics.

Our Program Council is overseen by the VPI - Coordinator of Committees and plans all chapter programming. The activities include service and philanthropy, sisterhoods, My Sister, My Responsibility educational workshops, and other chapter programming activities.

Zeta Tau Alpha offers a variety of leadership development conferences which promote the development of collegiate members. Each winter, ZTA hosts Officer Leadership Academy. This conference brings together collegiate officers from across the country to prepare them to begin their year in their officer roles. In the summer of 2023, ZTA will be hosting the Emerging Leaders Academy. This weekend long conference focuses on leadership development for young chapter leaders.
